ABOUT ME
Hello, and welcome to JDowling Coaching. I'm Jacqueline Dowling, and it is my passion to help others identify and achieve their goals, recognize the blocks that are holding them back, and find the courage to step out of their comfort zone and reach for their dreams. After more than twenty years in a Corporate job, I became the life coach that I knew I needed. I'm certified through IPEC and ICF, and I cannot wait to show you the adventure that awaits you.

We offer a complimentary coaching consultation that allows you to experience a coaching session for yourself to better understand the coaching process and to decide if working with JDowling Coaching is right for you. COACHING SESSION
This is where change happens! Our coaching sessions are centered around you -- your goals, your timeline, and your comfort level. Each 30-minute session is designed to maximize efficiency and support you in your growth. We're proud of the big differences that these coaching sessions have made for our clients, and we look forward to seeing where it takes you.
COACHING PACKAGES
Coaching packages create maximize value by allowing you to purchase multiple coaching sessions and assessments as a package, rather than individually. Many of our clients have enjoyed the reduced cost and increased accountability that come with these packages -- we would love to customize one for you!
COACHING EXPERIENCES
Sometimes one-on-one sessions aren't what you're looking for. We get it, and created coaching experiences as a new way to coach. With coaching experiences, we partner with local experience vendors (think everything from adventure to crafting) and host specialized workshops. These experiences give you a coaching boost, while also introducing you to new friends!
